Consultation

During our first meeting, we'll work together to outline your objectives. I'll gather insights into your current abilities, identify any challenges you're encountering, and collect any additional details needed to ensure efficient and lasting progress.

Tailored Program

  • Optional submission of videos for me to verify correct exercise execution
